Wreak Havoc cc t/a Bling 4 Bags is a business in the accessory industry that markets various fashion accessories, specializing in Bag Accessories for women.
Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within a maximum of 5 working days and delivery confirmed by way of Order Number, Invoice Number & Tracking Number.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods by Bling 4 Bags is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Bling 4 Bags will refund the customer in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 20% administration fee.
All orders will be checked for quality purposes prior to delivery. Should the client not be completely satisfied with their purchase, the customer must return the order (in full) to Bling 4 Bags within 7 days from delivery (delivery/postage cost for customers account) for a full refund within 30 days. Bag Jewelry is fragile and Bling 4 Bags does not accept any responsibility for any damage or breakage due to be dropped or whilst in use by customer
Customer Privacy Policy
Bling 4 Bags shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into Bling 4 Bags bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Bling 4 Bags by Virtual Card Service (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for First National Bank. Shop Direct uses SSL3 and credit card information is stored per Visa and MasterCard guidelines on the website. Users may go to www.shopdirect.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).
Responsibility
Bling 4 Bags takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Variation
Bling 4 Bags may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
